Apps to support your health and wellbeing
LMA’s teamed up with ORCHA to give you free access to a health and wellbeing app library—packed with apps for everything from fitness and sleep to mental health and nutrition.
Most apps are free to use, and each month Student Services will pick an ‘app of the month’ to spotlight on campus. If you find one you love, let us know!

LMA Student Services App of the Month:
Smiling Mind is a free, evidence-based mindfulness and mental fitness app that helps users build skills like stress management, emotional regulation, focus, and resilience through guided meditation and mindfulness practices.
How it supports LMA students:
· Manage stress: Offers guided sessions and programs specifically designed to reduce stress and anxiety, helping students stay calm during busy academic periods.
· Build healthy habits: Students can create personalised routines and reminders to practise regularly, which fosters consistency and better wellbeing over time.
· Track mood and well-being: Features like mood check-ins help students reflect on emotional patterns, which can support self-awareness and resilience.
· Enhance sleep and recovery: Includes content that can aid relaxation and sleep, important for balancing coursework, practice, and rest.
