Apps to support your health and wellbeing
At LMA we want our students to feel supported with their health, that's why we have linked up with ORCHA to provide you free access to the new health and wellbeing app library.
Here you'll find a variety of apps that can support your health in many ways, including nutrition, meditation, mental health and many more!
Many of the apps are free to download and use for LMA students, checkout some of the categories around fitness, sleep and wellbeing for you to choose from to help you decide the right app for you.
Each month the Student Services team will be choosing an 'app of the month', which you'll see signposted around campus. If you're finding a particular app helpful, please come, and let us know.
