Apps to support your health and wellbeing
LMA’s teamed up with ORCHA to give you free access to a health and wellbeing app library—packed with apps for everything from fitness and sleep to mental health and nutrition.
Most apps are free to use, and each month Student Services will pick an ‘app of the month’ to spotlight on campus. If you find one you love, let us know!

LMA Student Services App of the Month: April
The Move Mood app is a free app to help young people manage the behaviours associated with low mood or depression. With the longer days and more light in April, this is a great opportunity for them to be more motivated.
The app lets you set your own tasks (big or small), earn rewards as you complete them and choose personalised mood motivators to keep you going. It also lets you track how you’re feeling using a mood board, build a healthier sleep routine, and keep an eye on patterns over time.
