LMA Student Services App of the Month: Kooth
May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Check out Kooth, a web-based mental health platform designed to support students' mental health. It provides access to a moderated online community, mood tracking tools, self-help resources, and one-to-one support from mental health professionals. The platform aims to support mental wellbeing, prevent self-harm and suicide, and offer a safe space for open discussion.
